002So sweet!

….and now you also know what I am reading! What are you reading this week and what do you use for a book mark?

  1. I’m reading The Cat’s Table by Michael Ondaatje and really enjoying it. It is a soft cover book with fold in flaps and I am using the flaps as my bookmark. I need a cute embroidered bookmark like yours. I will have to get hold of Aneela Hoey’s book.

  2. I’ve had the same book on my bedstand for a month now…so I can say…I’m slowly reading The Runaway Quilt right now and I use a metal bookmarker right now that says: “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars.” by Les Brown

  3. That bookmark is just so sweet. I am reading (yet again) The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett. My favourite childhood book. I recently discovered that you can get free books on IPad and that is how I am reading it. No substitute for the feel of a book nor can you pick it up and put down as easily. The only upside as I see is the ability to store a great many with no intrusion on space and where to put them.

  4. I’ve been using Max Fireweed bookmarks. I’m about to start reading Halfbreed by Maria Cambell, and I have been reading The art of Neil Gaiman Which does a really great job talking about both all the story’s he’s told but also his life. It’s a really lovely book.
